BelvaOS is provided to Belva Digital team members and approved client users for campaign reporting, planning, analytics, intelligence, exports, workflow collaboration, and related business operations. By accessing or using BelvaOS, the user and the organization they represent agree to these terms.
If a user is accepting these terms on behalf of an organization, that user represents that they have authority to bind that organization to the terms for the relevant use of BelvaOS.
Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, use the service only through authorized access methods, and promptly notify Belva Digital of suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or security incidents involving their account or workspace.
Belva Digital may suspend, limit, or revoke access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, or respond to platform, contractual, or security requirements.
Permitted use
Users may use BelvaOS only for lawful internal business and authorized client-service purposes. Users may not use BelvaOS to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, bypass security, misrepresent identity or authorization, submit malicious code, scrape data beyond authorized features, or use the service in a way that breaches third-party platform rules.
Users may not use BelvaOS to process or export data for unlawful discrimination, unlawful targeting, unlawful surveillance, harassment, spam, or other prohibited advertising or analytics activity.
Connected sources and third-party platforms
Users may connect approved third-party services, including advertising, analytics, planning, and reporting platforms, so BelvaOS can ingest, process, and display data inside the product. By connecting a source, the user confirms they are authorized to grant that access and to instruct BelvaOS to process the relevant data.
Third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms, product policies, technical controls, and uptime commitments. The user's rights in source data, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, MediaPal, IPSOS, spreadsheets, and future integrations, remain subject to the rights and restrictions imposed by those platforms and by the underlying customer relationship.
BelvaOS currently supports read-oriented reporting, analytics, exports, planning, and intelligence workflows for connected ad-platform data. Product capabilities may expand over time, but users may only use features that are explicitly made available and disclosed in the product at the time of use.
Customer data and rights
As between Belva Digital and the customer, the customer retains its rights in the data it lawfully provides or authorizes BelvaOS to access, subject to the rights necessary for Belva Digital to host, process, secure, analyze, back up, troubleshoot, support, and improve the service in accordance with these terms, the privacy policy, and applicable law.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files, connected-source data, comments, exports, prompts, and other materials they make available through BelvaOS do not violate law, confidentiality duties, third-party rights, or platform rules.
Workspace administration and shared access
Data visibility inside BelvaOS is controlled through workspace membership and permissions. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for granting and revoking access appropriately, reviewing memberships, and ensuring that data is shared only with authorized users.
Belva Digital is not responsible for user-side misconfiguration of workspace access, mistaken invitations, unauthorized customer-side exports, or disclosure caused by a customer's own account, device, identity, or permission management failures.
Intellectual property
BelvaOS, its software, interface elements, documentation, and related service materials are owned by or licensed to Belva Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by law or written agreement, users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or create unauthorized derivative works from the service.
Feedback, suggestions, and product ideas voluntarily provided to Belva Digital may be used to improve BelvaOS without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not override confidentiality obligations that apply separately.
Service changes, availability, and beta features
Belva Digital may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features, connectors, workflows, or service components as BelvaOS evolves. Some capabilities may be labeled as preview, experimental, pilot, or beta and may be subject to additional limitations.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of third-party data, or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, connector outages, API policy changes, rate limits, and external platform changes may affect functionality or data freshness.
Disclaimers and reliance
BelvaOS provides software tools, reporting surfaces, analytics outputs, workflow support, and related information. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, BelvaOS does not provide legal advice, regulatory advice, tax advice, investment advice, or guaranteed advertising outcomes.
Users remain responsible for reviewing campaign decisions, regulatory obligations, reporting conclusions, client deliverables, and business actions before relying on them in production, external communications, or regulated contexts.
Liability allocation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Belva Digital will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from use of BelvaOS, connected platforms, customer-side misconfiguration, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, or third-party platform outages and policy changes.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Termination
Users may stop using BelvaOS at any time. Belva Digital may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, law, non-payment, abuse prevention, product changes, contractual enforcement, or third-party platform compliance.
On termination, certain data may remain retained as described in the privacy policy and as required for backups, recordkeeping, security, audits, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements. Updated terms become effective when posted or otherwise communicated, subject to any additional notice required by law or contract.
